The Royal Villa spans approximately 400 m² and presents an exceptional multi-room layout designed for the ultimate luxury escape. The villa features a private pool, a spacious bedroom, with its own en-suite bathroom equipped with a bathtub, separate shower, double wash basins, toilet, and walk-in closet. A generous living area with sofa seating, console, side tables, and artwork opens onto a large central court and corridor connecting all spaces. Approximately 160 m², the Grand Villa offers a private pool, a spacious one-bedroom layout with a walk-in closet and a luxuriously appointed bathroom featuring a freestanding bathtub, double wash basins, a separate shower, and toilet.
