David Alessandria

With his experience acquired in starred restaurants in Belgium and Luxembourg, and at the restaurants of two renowned Swiss institutes of luxury hospitality education (Ecole Hotelière in Lausanne, Glion in Montreux), Chef David Alessandria mixes his technical expertise and his passion for healthy cuisine which he believes is the future of gastronomy.

He was awarded in 2022 the prestigious title of MOF "Meilleur Ouvrier de France" or "Best Craftsman in France". This award is unique in the world. Earned through a fierce competition requiring many months of intense preparation, it aims to evaluate the dexterity, knowledge of modern and traditional techniques, know-how, and creativity of candidates.

  2. 3 menus: Longevity, Master Detox and Healthy Weight

    The breakfast and 3-course menus include healthy creations according to the program you’re following with us: the Master Detox diet, the Healthy Weight diet or the Longevity* diet (*Revitalisation and other programs).

    Vegan dinner is promoted in all diets.

    Each recipe combines a variety of foods and locally sourced ingredients in balanced proportions with attention to the overall cooking process, oils, and a full range of aromatic herbs to preserve all the flavors and nutritional benefits.

The food here is spectacular. And such an education in neuro-protective eating, in how we all need to ‘detox’ (useless word – better to say: encourage liver in essential functions without which premature aging), in particular if you live in a city, or are older than 30.
