Our CLP Nutrition philosophy and pillar are based on an evidence-based approach to nutrients that decreases the inflammatory processes by reducing oxidative stress, improving metabolic function and restoring a healthy gut microbiota.

    The breakfast and 3-course menus include healthy creations according to the program you’re following with us: the Master Detox diet, the Healthy Weight diet or the Longevity* diet (*Reverse Aging and other programs).

    Vegan dinner is promoted in all diets.
